We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 7 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
Order Processing - Most orders are shipped within 3 business days (USPS shipments used for APO shipments will ship within 7 days). We will notify you by email if the product is not in stock. We ship from Mineola, New York. All merchandise ordered must be shipped to the person's billing address if using a credit card.
Standard Shipping - In most cases we will ship via Ground UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges may apply on oversized items, or Alaska or Hawaii shipments, We do not ship to PO Box's or hotels. All Orders will Be Charged a $8.00 ground shipping fee. Additional charges may apply for oversized items. For Domestic (Continental US, excluding Alaska & Hawaii)
Priority Shipping - We are happy to make arrangements for Next Day or Second Day Air shipping. Since the rates vary based on package size, weight and the shipping location, rates will vary. Please either email or call us with the items that you would like to order along with the complete shipping address. We will then check product stock for you and also provide you with the appropriate shipping charges. Please note that rural areas may not offer Next Day or Second Day service.
APO, Alaska/Hawaii Shipping - Even though UPS is used for most of our shipments, we can make arrangements to ship via USPS for APO, Alaska and Hawaii shipments. Please note that certain items we cannot ship via USPS based on size and weight. Extra shipping charges may apply for USPS shipments. Allow an extra 3-5 processing days for USPS shipping.
We have a 7 day return policy. If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back (return and outgoing shipping charges are your responsibility). All items must have original tags included on the product. Try on any shoe that is purchased first and make sure it fits before installing cleats, shoes cannot be returned if cleats have been installed. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). You are responsible for all shipping charges. Merchandise returned that appears used or that have passed the 7 day return time, will be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels. Wheels, travel cases and cameras are not returnable.
Returns over $200 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail. You are responsible for all shipping costs back to Mineola Bicycle.
